In addition to spring racing action at the Chalk Creek Stampede, two of the Arkansas Valley's easiest rides are in this area. The Raspberry Gulch Loop is a short and smooth single-track loop that is ideal for beginners. The Cascade Railroad Grade is another easy route that is close to the hot springs and perfect for families. Hammerheads will enjoy riding above the clouds on the Mount Princeton Road to the shelter above tree line in Bristlecone Park (elev. 12,120').
