This short, fun loop is a great morning workout you can sneak in while the others are still stirring in their sleeping bags. Strong riders should be able to close the loop in under an hour, but doing so will require some effort-just enough effort to make it an extremely satisfying way to start the day.

It starts with a steady climb on a well-graded dirt road. The drop into FSR 375A (Fourmile Cutoff) is fun and fast with twisting turns and plenty of whoop-dee-doos. Some short but somewhat steep climbs are spread throughout and serve to keep your heart rate elevated. Several sand traps await you, but most are on downhills and can be ridden with moderate effort and skill.

This is a popular area for jeeps, trucks and ATVs, and early mornings are best for avoiding motorized traffic.
